If you decide to charter WINDROSE AIR, you are choosing a professional charter service. Our charter programme offers you a wide range of benefits:
- Choose from a charter fleet of 8- to 12-seater aircraft.
- All flights are always operated by two professional pilots.

- The VIP lounge at our base in Schönefeld offers many amenities so that you can relax before your flight.

- Where possible, we realise ad-hoc flights within 90 minutes.
You enjoy absolute privacy in our aircraft, as you hire the entire jet. You decide who travels with you. We will be happy to prepare exclusive catering for you and also try to fulfil other individual requests such as a limousine service on site, decorating the cabin for special occasions, e.g. with flowers, and much more. If you let us know in advance, your wishes for an entirely pleasant flight experience are not impossible for us. In our midsize and heavy jets, our excellently trained cabin crew will ensure your well-being.
You also benefit from WINDROSE AIR’s first-class service before and after the flight. From aircraft maintenance, technical checks and obtaining flight permits to refuelling and cleaning, we organise and take care of every step thoroughly.

Your flight request
You send us your request together with your planned itinerary, the time of the flight, the number of passengers and any special requests by phone or e-mail.

Sending an offer
After an internal evaluation and calculation of your flight enquiry, you will receive a detailed offer from us in the shortest possible time.

Order confirmation
If you agree to the conditions, all you need to do is to sign the offer. We will then send you the flight confirmation and invoice.

Flight preparations
Once we have received your booking, our Ground Operations department will prepare the flight plans, obtain authorisations, assign the handling agents and, in ad-hoc cases, send the crew to the departure airport.

We are pleased to accept your catering and special requests and any changes at short notice and organise everything to your satisfaction.

Shortly before take-off
The arriving crew receives the obligatory briefing in accordance with the guidelines of the German Federal Aviation Authority. The jet is refuelled and the technical aircraft check is conducted.

Passengers arriving
Our captain will welcome you personally in the VIP terminal and accompany you to the jet. We are happy to organise a board-to-board service from the scheduled aircraft to the charter jet.

Safety is a priority
Our comprehensive service of course also includes the regular maintenance and inspection of all our charterable jets. Safety is our top priority so that you can lean back, relax and enjoy your flight. All Windrose private jets are checked in certified maintenance centres in accordance with official regulations. If repairs are required, we only use original accessories from the manufacturers.
Two professional pilots are always in the co*ckpit on every flight. The entire pilot crew attends regular training courses and undergoes the prescribed medical checks. Training in the flight simulator and check flights ensure that the crew know what to do in every situation.
For your own safety, we ensure that both the aircraft and every passenger undergoes a comprehensive security check before departure. As with scheduled flights, the usual dangerous goods regulations apply to baggage and hand baggage.
Your health is worth everything to us
Hygiene and flight safety are always a priority for us. We regularly clean and disinfect our aircraft in accordance with current and applicable regulations. In addition, our company has a comprehensive hygiene concept and regularly disinfects door handles, fittings and other areas with potential direct skin contact. Disinfection measures and personal protective equipment are also provided on board.
The advantages of hiring a private jet are more than clear in view of the current situation – especially if you cannot avoid travelling by plane: faster check-in in a separate terminal, significantly fewer points of contact with other people and exclusively self-determined fellow travellers.

All aircraft are equipped with comfortable armchairs and divans. In addition to the main cabin, the larger jets have a separate smaller cabin that invites you to relax.
Charter a private jet and take off in the shortest possible time
Do you have a spontaneous business appointment on the same day? No problem! Depending on availability and capacity, we can also realise ad-hoc flights. Provided that charter aircraft and pilots are available, you can take off within 90 minutes. If you hire a private jet from us, our home airport is not the only possible take-off location: we also hire private jets from many other locations throughout Europe. If your take-off location is elsewhere, we will of course bring the jet to you and pick you up – WINDROSE AIR: an exclusive limousine company above the clouds.

The costs of chartering a private jet
The exact cost of chartering one of our jets depends on several factors. These include the planned route, the departure location, the number of passengers, the jet selected and the total period for which you would like to hire your elegant limousine. If you also book special services such as catering above the clouds or other customised requests, these will be added on top.
Charter prices per hour range from around 3.200 EUR to around 6.000 EUR for midsize jets – excluding taxes and additional fees.
